Brandon Carlos is Chief Customer Officer at NorthOne,

where he’s been helping build the company since 2020.

His teams at NorthOne are responsible for ensuring

NorthOne’s customers receive the best customer

experience in business banking, and ensuring their accounts

remain safe and secure.

Prior to joining NorthOne, Brandon was in the retail

technology space, first as a management consultant for

some of North America’s largest retailers, and then as

Head of Customer Success at Unata, a grocery delivery

technology company.

Unata was subsequently acquired by Instacart, where Brandon spent nearly two years on their Canadian leadership team, helping build Instacart’s Enterprise grocery business. Brandon is based out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
